Weight had always been a struggle for me. Growing up I was always the big kid, so I never saw myself ever being fit. Finish Line Fitness, specifically Kama really brought out the athlete in me. Between diet and exercise, I have lost 120 pounds, and continue to work towards my goals. Kama really works with me, always introducing new exercises, so I am never bored. She is always encouraging me to keep going, even when I want to stop. She has helped me with having proper form while lifting weights, and is always checking to be sure I am continuing that proper form. Since working with Kama, I truly feel I have gained confidence. Private Training

We offer small group, partner and private personal training. We will create a custom program designed specifically to meet your fitness goals.

Special Programs and Workshops

We periodically run special programs and workshops. Examples include: Introduction to Yoga, Speed and Agility Training for teenage athletes, Get Ready for Golf fitness programs, and training programs for runners.
