Beth has enjoyed training for 10 years , as an ACE certified Personal Trainer and more recently certified in the Senior Fitness Specialty Program with ACE. She has specialized in functional strength, mobility, range of motion, and balance training with her clients. Beth can provide techniques and modifications to prevent muscle deterioration, improving bone strength and movement patterns that will boost quality of life. She likes to connect with her clients, adding fun while helping them meet their fitness challenges and goals.
