Please come and celebrate with us Thursday, June 15, at 5:30 PM. We will have two vendors here during our celebration. Athleta from Deer Park will be here as well as the tote bag company Thirty-one. The party will start at 5:30 and then at 6 pm Judy and Kama will teach a fun filled 30 minute circuit workout. After the workout please stay for food, drinks, and raffle prizes. All friends and family are welcome.

“Kiss me I’m fit” high energy class on Thursday, March 16th

Come join us the night before St. Patricks Day for a high energy workout and/or a trunk show with Lucy’s athletic wear that will be on sale at the gym. We are also going to celebrate with green beer, wine and snacks. Hope to see you there. This is a free class so bring a friend.
