6 Week Introduction to Yoga
We periodically offer a six week Introduction to Yoga workshop, that will meet twice a week. This setting is an ideal environment to learn the basics of a safe, healthy yoga practice. 6 Week Running Clinic
Are you planing running a 5k or 10k race, or maybe your first marathon or half marathon? Our 6 week running program is perfect for new and seasoned runners alike. Our USATF Certified running coach, Ryan Comerford, will give you the tools you need to be a more consistent, powerful and injury free runner. Gait and stride assessments are included, along with an 8 week running plan to get you to the finish line. Call us for more details.
