Kelley Edwards
Trainer and Yoga Instructor
Kelley was trained in a hybrid of Hatha, Vinyasa, & Ashtanga yoga. Her studies included anatomy, meditation, and breathing techniques. Kelley believes in creating a comfortable environment for students that meets them where they’re at, yet gives them what they need. She is also certified to teach Spin and Kettlebell. Kelley also holds a degree in Psychology from Illinois State University.
