Trainer and Instructor
Kyle comes to the fitness field with much experience and passion. Being a high school athlete, he learned to embrace the ability to motivate oneself and learn to be the best that they can be. Setting and achieving goals are vital to Kyle’s training, and he encourages all of his clients to focus on becoming the person they want to be. In addition to personal training, Kyle has over three years as a coach and volunteer in the Special Olympics which has helped him develop the ability to work with anybody he may encounter.
