Trung Pham – Yoga Instructor
Trung started practicing Hatha yoga in 2009 and was certified RYT200 at the Chicago School of Yoga in 2014. His teaching style focusses on Vinyasa yoga, which syncs movements with the breath. He was taught to honor the integrity of a well-balanced pose with both strength and flexibility at the same time. Students will feel comfortable and energized in Trung’s class.
